Locals call this neighborhood \`The Promised Land\`. We are 2 blocks away from the Intracoastal Waterway and you can see the water from our screened-in side patio. Newly installed central heat and AC installed in December 2024\. Our street is a charming historical street that is highly sought after by regular visitors of Morehead City. We are a block away from Shevans Park which is a great place for kids to play. Lots of sidewalks for walks & bikes. This home is near and dear to our family. It has been in the family for generations and we named it \`Our Happy Place\` for the joy and happiness that it has brought our family over the years. We know that you will love it too and build your own special family memories here. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The front door leads to the living room which you pass through to get to the dining area and then the kitchen followed by the laundry area and full bathroom. Off of the main area are the bedrooms. Next to the dining area is access to our screened-in side patio with views of the waterway as well as our grill. Coded door knobs allow personalized access codes for each guest. There are steps to get up to any of our doors but after the initial steps, our house is all one level. \`Our Happy Place\` is conveniently located in the historic district of Morehead City. We are one block from Shevans Park. We are located on Shephard Street and are 2 blocks away from the Intracoastal Waterway. You can get a glimpse of the water from our side, screened-in patio. \*Please note\* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee.
