Incredible customer service throughout the hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. A few suggestions for an improved stay would be as follows: 1) offer more bath towels than just two, 2) provide wash cloths in the bathroom, 3) ensure housekeeping is complete by 1 PM, 4) offer a variety of wines by the glass at the Skybar other than just Austrian wines, for example French and Italian wines by the glass should also be offered, and 5) implement a dress code for the Skybar Restaurant. Men should not be permitted to wear baseball caps while dining and hiking wear should not be allowed.

The staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I would have given this hotel five stars, however contacting anyone "after hours" was ..."
