Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property. The only issue we experienced involved communication. Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache. I replied to the text requesting towels and something for his headache, but I never received a response. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., my father told me that no one had brought the requested items. I then called the front desk and was informed that the employee on duty was new and was not familiar with the texting system. I would recommend ensuring that all staff members are properly trained on the hotel’s communication system so that guest requests submitted by text are acknowledged and handled promptly. Aside from this experience, we had a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, and exactly what I needed. I have issues sleeping and the mattress was a bit to soft for me. Outside of that, the location was quite and close to all the fun I had. I would stay again.

Clean room and great staff!!

We had such a great stay at the CW Resort in Clearwater! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the views were amazing, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a Florida getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
