"We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. A great stay with an extremely helpful and caring staff. Breakfasts were superb with great choices. Waitstaff was efficient and fun. Rooms were clean and kept clean by helpful staff with smiles on their faces. Location is close to Centro without congestion & noise. We were very happy with our stay"

"The staff was very accommodating; we arrived a little early to check in, but they accommodated and had us check in early. The room was beautifully decorated especially our bed. We weren’t pleased with the continental breakfast which consisted of a hot drink or juice and some fruit. If you wanted something else from the menu there was an extra charge. We tried the menu one day, but were not pleased with it and decided to have breakfast elsewhere in San Miguel de Allende. The location was about 10 minutes away from zona centro which was a plus."

"They hotel was a good selection we make is not in the downtown but was close to them we drive to San Miguel and we live the car in the parking lot and we use uber very cheap was like 5 Dlls we recoment use uber because the parking in the downtown is like 5 Dlls and hour"

"Todo estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones muy bonitas lo único es que la alberca estaba un poco sucio tenía muchas hojas/flores de los arboles y no pudimos prender el jacuzzi ni encontrar ayuda para hacerlo también quisimos usar las cachas de pádel y no encontramos el equipo y a la persona a la que le preguntamos no nos pudieron ayudar"
