I don't like the idea of not having any staff on site, to talk to anyone you need to go to the kiosk and request to FaceTime a rep. This complicates s lot more than you'd think.
We did not end up staying bettee because the first room smelled so bad a raw sewage. All the pipe water traps had gone dry and sewer gasses had filled the room. We went to the kiosk to explain the problem, but because there are no people on site we had to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to walk to the property to check it out. She confirmed the issue and they moved us to another room, however, had not been and could not be cleaned (because therebis no on-site staff) and the air conditioner in this room was legit black from lack of service and the walls had mold on them because of this (I am an HVAC contractor, so i have experience in this matter). They did refund our money but that was a battle that took like 2 hours before they agreed and another week to get our money back.
Also, you have to pay for parking which we were never told until after we checked in. And getting in and out of the parking lot is very difficult due to blind traffic.

I suffer from a brain injury that makes me extremely sensitive to sound, so much so that my stay at the hotel due to the noise of installing a new HVAC in the home I share with my partner. Because of my noise sensitivity, the staff had to give me a different room than the one I booked because the AC in the original room was too loud. The 2nd hotel room was an upgrade but the hotel honored the day rate I had originally paid for. The kept me at the same rate when I extended my stay an extra night (the HVAC was still being installed.
I was deeply grateful by the kindness extended by all the staff at the hotel.

"No courtesy toothbrush or toothpaste. Parking not free deapite already the pricey cost to stay there. Everything is pay pay pay pay pay pay at this location. The room itself was spacious and I did loved the 1st floor stayed as I have a phobia of high buildings."
