    Located in a residential area near downtown Montreal, this is the perfect vacation rental for your family or friends. Easily accessible by car and public transit (5-minute walk to the metro) and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops.

    Located near the Orange Julep (a 5-minute walk), one of Montreal’s best roadside attractions and fast-food restaurants. The area is calm and quiet. You’ll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the building. Many other attractions await you in Montreal, so let the adventure begin!

    Close to the main highway leading to downtown Montreal and Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. For those who enjoy walking, the Namur metro station is just a 5-minute walk from our place, located on Jean-Talon Street.

    - Absolutely no parties or events will be tolerated in our residence; measures will be taken to remove uninvited partygoers and troublemakers.
    - Please treat our home as if it were your own.
    - Shoes are not allowed inside the house; please remove them at the entrance.
    - Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
    - Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM; guests must keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
