The unit was located in a great location and everything was in walking distance. The 4 bedrooms in the unit were large and plenty of space.There was ample parking for under 20 per night at a parking garage just steps away! Beds are comfortable. Sam is pleasant and very responsive by email. He allowed us to check in earlier ( a couple hours before 4pm). No Washer/dryer in the unit, although we did see a laundry sign downstairs. We didn't need it, so it was not an issue to us. The fridge door required a trick to close. The apartment (202) is through the door located next to the ice-cream place. We didn't read the instructions closely and had walked to the 2nd floor on the wrong side of the building while carrying luggages. Great communication Nice four bedroom apartment just around the block from a trendy street with lots of interesting bars, restaurants, and shops and close to downtown. It looks very plain from the outside, but is comfortable and well equipped inside. The owner was very easy to communicate with and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay in Montreal.
