Then went to room was dirty, the beds were were torn up, pillow in floor, tv was on and someone was in the bathroom. I easily shut the door and return to the office to let lady know. Was put in another room, that was raggedy, falling apart and dirty. I asked him was everything ok and he said, "You know check out time is at 11." His voice tone was smart and I could not understand why he was there ready hound me about leaving. This encounter was the worst part of my trip on the last day. He pretty much stood around until I left. It was not even 10:30 yet. Both times we were placed in a room with the heating/ac unit without any knobs. Pliers were needed to turn it on. They don’t have any and said that the maintenance guy wouldn’t be in until the next morning. They didn’t try to accommodate us by moving us to another room. We slept in the cold because we were only staying for one night.
