I was on the second floor it was nice in the evening to look at the sunset from the balcony! Room was basic but clean. I enjoyed my stay there. The one sign was old and very difficult to read. The hotel is located at the end of a residential neighborhood and there were dogs barking, motorcycles roaring, people talking loudly, etc. This is our 8th trip to CR and our 2nd time in this area. This is a backpackers dream location, with plenty of hiking. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no cuentan con closet y en el segundo piso las paredes estan construidas de madera por lo que facilmente se escucha lo que sucede en habitaciones vecinas. El piso es tambien de madera y cuando alguna persona camina se mueve y vibran las habitaciones. El parqueo es muy pequeño insuficiente para el numero de habitaciones. El personal que labora en el lugar no tiene ningun tipo de entrenamiento en atencion al cliente. Su trato es descortez y poco profesional. Excellent ‘home cooked’ breakfast in the morning. Room lacks coffee or tea, but hotel hosts/staff accommodate requests for coffee any time.
