Very nice hotel with modern decor and a fantastic rooftop pool. Walking distance to main tourist attraction, the Sinú River Ronda, a walkway along the river. Everything in the room was nice, hot water, abundant shower, adequate air conditioning, plenty of room for luggage. Only drawback was the inside door lock which did not always work, had to mess around with it a little bit.

Everything went fine but you need a master degres to open the internet, why ? I'am not very good in spanish but I tried very hard tobe understand but they couldn't ? Or did not want too ? Anyhow, nobody spoke english and this a tourism place ? My cell was dead and they only I had to get the menu was with QR code, so I had to look at a receipt to see what was on it, could not understand nada, spaghetti I guess. But very nice place to stay and very polite staff, and certainly very very clean

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a horrible neighborhood. Biggest problem was the internet. I couldn’t connect to google. I left after a overnight and left my reservation early as I had work also to do on my laptop. I couldn’t get a signal anywhere strong enough to send a email out.
