Important Information

•Check-out time is 11am

•Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house.

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use.

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup.

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.

•The water heater switch is located in the washroom next to washing machine. The switch is the Red one on the right. Kindly turn off when not in use.

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Electricity, water and internet disruptions/outages happens in Jamaica Please don't panic if this should happen it usually comes back on quite quickly.
