The staff at this place are absolutely amazing! Expedia of course will take your money as a full payment and then tell you that you have to pay again on site which is terrible absolutely terrible to do to customers. Book this hotel outside of Expedia or you’ll get ripped off at the most inconvenient time waiting for your money to be returned to your card after you have to argue with them about it through Customer service! This hotel is small and it sits right on Hip Strip a busy strip with a lot of eateries souvenirs shops and mini markets. The staff are kind accommodating helpful they’ll try what ever is needed to make your stay amazing! The rooms are very basic but you get air conditioning system a Flat Screen TV Hot Water great water pressure if you need it and a warm bed. Our room was very clean and they clean for a fee daily or else every 3rd say! The WiFi was okay it’s not really strong unless you’re sitting in the lobby or on the balconies facing the city and beach. This hotel is also near the beach and you just cross the street and patronize the Beach club which is $7USD for entrance and $7 for a Chair or an umbrella. The beach club does sell food. The beach is pristine and there’s a Starbucks on the beach across the street. The hotel sits over a bar with music and food for sell most nights. This hotel sits several blocks from Harmony beach which also has a water park a lot of free events great food shops and many diverse vendors.

The view in the oceanview property was amazing!! If you book the ocean view, there are many steep stairs, which you WILL have to carry your bags up. If you are on a large trip with a big bag, reconsider. Walls are super thin, so you can hear your neighbour. Small shower

They were very accommodating to my extremely late check in, which I had messaged the hotel during the time I was reserving the room, to ensure that they were aware of the approximate time that I would arrive. They messaged back quite promptly and stayed in communication. I was reassured that my room would be there when I arrived. I was greeted by this wonderful pleasant man who took only a few minutes to get me checked in and then took my luggage up the winding stairs that led to my room. The room had a huge bed, a regular room. The bathroom was a mostly upgraded. I had a little thing with the shower head but worked it out. I requested a view of the ocean which I got. It is a busy area therefore there is music and the sound of vehicle which I expected. I was fine with that because I just dropped everything and headed out to the Coral Cliff nearby for food and live music. Excellent singers and music by the way, Checking out, there was nothing but a morning greeting and "your all good" from a young lady who was also very pleasant. No complaint because this was a true overnight stay. This is an older property but definitely worth the price and the service.

I saw a pic with one of the rooms, a view of the balcony which is why I wanted that room I thought it was really nice, the room is neat and tidy, very clean and it’s just as described in the pictures. 🥰☘️🍀
