"Enzo was amazing from the moment I booked the hotel. I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie! The breakfast was delicious, simple and just enough. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and sites to see, we enjoyed the Ferrari Museum and had dinner at two wonderful restaurants."

My only negative point is that the hotel was hosting a corporate event in the bar one afternoon, we were made to feel we couldn’t use the bar area and were made to feel very unwelcome at that point. We did get service but not without feeling awkward. Other than that the staff were helpful and the room great."
