Immersed in the rolling hills of the Marche region, Zafferano is a retreat that invites you to slow down and rediscover the pleasure of simple living. The home is part of Villa CaBrandano, a country estate that blends privacy, nature, and shared harmony.

THE SPACE

Zafferano is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of one double bedroom, a double sofa bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. A crib for children aged 0–2 can be added upon request.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with large windows overlooking the hills and the pool. It is designed for relaxation, reading, or quiet evenings in front of the Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, offering everything needed for an independent stay.

The double bedroom and sofa bed provide comfortable, light-filled spaces designed for rest and privacy. The bathroom is modern and functional.

Zafferano also features a small private fenced garden, ideal for guests traveling with pets or for those who wish to enjoy peaceful outdoor moments.

Guests also have access to the shared bio-pool surrounded by greenery.

Katia and the Yohome team are available to suggest local experiences such as fresh pasta courses, sailing trips, and wine tastings.

The property includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, an iron, and self check-in. Free parking and a barbecue area are also available.

Pets are allowed with an extra fee. They must not be left free to roam the property or common gardens, and are not allowed in the pool area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

THE AREA

Villa CaBrandano is located in the hills of Montefeltro, on the border between Marche and Emilia-Romagna. The UNESCO World Heritage city of Urbino is easily reachable, as well as Pesaro (Capital of Culture 2024), about 30 km away.

The area offers historic villages, hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and easy access to the Adriatic Riviera within about 30 minutes by car.

GETTING AROUND

The area is best explored by car, which is the most convenient option. Pesaro is about 25 minutes away, Urbino 40 minutes, Gradara 30 minutes, and San Marino around 50 minutes.

The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, with connections to major Italian cities.

The closest airports are Rimini and Ancona, both reachable in about one hour.
