The place is very nice. The staff is wonderful. The shower was nice pressure and very hot. Made me feel great. The view from my room was not the best, windows were not clean. So we kept the blinds closed

We did not have breakfast included, but I tied the continental breakfast once. They had lots of choices. Room was clean, the staff was amazing by the pool area especially Jaime the tall bartender. We have partial Oceanview and was not upgraded as well.

It had a pool. It was clean but didn't have time to go. It does have a Gym and a Casino.. Everything you might need is at walking distance. Castillo Serralles might need an Uber or taxi.
