Monte Jato Archaeological Area Tours and Activities

It was way over priced for what you get. The room was a nice size but on the second floor overlooking the street was noisy all night from traffic. The girl needs major renovations as there was deferred maintenance in our room. Staff was great and helpful. They show pictures of a fine dining restaurant which they did not have or the lobby bar advertised. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our room faced the street, which combined with the lack of soundproofing, meant we could hear all the outside noise (people talking loudly near the hotel, street traffic, etc.) as well as the sound of the main entrance door opening/closing. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor (from the pipes most likely), making it very uncomfortable to use it, or even be in the room at times, as the smell even reached the bedroom despite keeping the bathroom door closed. Parking was a bit tricky, though it wasn't a major issue for us. We initially found a spot (blue-line) right in front of the hotel, but on another night, we had to park in one of the covered garages recommended by the hotel staff, located about a 10-minute walk away. Communication with the hotel staff (via WhatsApp) was very good. They always responded within a reasonable timeframe, answered all our questions and provided a lot of information. The hotel listing contains some inconsistencies/inaccuracies: - The hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, so the parking on request is not true. The alleged valet parking is not provided by the hotel itself but is (supposedly) available at one of the recommended parking facilities. - The hotel doesn’t offer an airport shuttle service. When asked, they provided information and a link to the company that manages the shuttle, which operates independently of the hotel.
