You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### In private consortium with use of pool and beach

Comfortable and welcoming. Completely renovated: Living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. Double bedroom with bathroom and shower, twin bedroom with bathroom. A third bathroom is in the living room. large roof garden and patio.  
The house overlooks the "piazzetta", the central place of Calapiccola, very close to the hotel and the restaurant / bar  
IMPORTANT NOTE  
the rental prices of the house also include the use of the private beach of the small inlet. at your disposal 2 deck chairs and an umbrella, bar and restaurant when open (June 1-September 30)  
\* Use of the swimming pool with lifeguard assistance, umbrella and deck chairs  
The beach is about 700 meters from the house and can be reached on foot, by car (parking also at sea level) and by free minibus (from 1 July to 30 August)  
Cala Piccola is a locality but it is also and above all a 'myth'. Ecstatic vacation spot. From the golden years (1960) preferred by film and music artists. Here, on a small farm, the love between Liz Taylor and Richard Burton was born. Here great musicians have written their works and here, today, they have their very famous VIP houses and music and TV stars. There is a private bathing establishment. In front of the beach there is the famous coral rock, a rock that rises from a depth of 45 meters to a few meters from the surface, is a favorite destination for divers.
