Fall getaway 🍁 sun drenched cottage walk to beach, hot tub under the stars.

  • Montauk is best in the offseason. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, bright and airy (even on dark winter days:) beach bungalow getaway then I would love to host you. I tastefully decorate the house for the holidays by reflecting on the season. Sit on the covered deck with a fire and you can hear Owl’s hoot and the waves crashing on the beach. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with covered deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub. The maximum number of guests is 6 as the total square footage of the house is approximately 1000. There is one king bed and two queens. I am not in Montauk when the home is rented to you, however I am just a text or call away for any recommendations you might need❤️. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guests respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet.

A couple things could use a refresh / update but the location and host more than made up for it! We had a little issue on arrival but so thankful for how responsive and helpful Julia was in resolving it! We loved walking to the beach each morning and sitting out on the deck. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The location is just perfect ! The house is nice but unfortunately very tired: the furniture the appliances bed sheets and towels are old and not comfy When you pay 1500 usd per night you expect a higher standards

Relaxing Break from Reality

The house is perfect for a girls weekend. We loved the outdoor (covered) deck and the roof deck. The host was kind and generous with her space and check in/check out was seamless. We would love to come back another time!

Great location and love the private beach

We stayed for 6 nights in early August. The home is very comfortable and Julia was a great host, checking in on us often during the stay. We loved that the house comes with a parking pass to a private beach just down the road. You can drive all your beach gear down and keep it there the entire day. The house itself was clean and cozy and with a lot of outdoor amenities like a hot tub, outdoor shower and spacious front and back decks.

Beautiful fall get away

A group of 6 friends and a new born baby came here for a fall weekend and had a beautiful time. Such a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Very close to the beach. Comfy beds. Gorgeous deck and hot tub. Smart TV. Large driveway. Absolutely beautiful!

A great get-away

Our first time at Julia's comfy home! Just scoping out the area for rental purposes, and stayed at this clean, well maintained home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the deck was fabulous and gated (wonderful for dogs and toddlers). The backyard is small but accommodating and although it's Feb (with snow on the ground) you can tell it will be beautiful spring, summer and fall. Julia is easy to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely book again. We had 5 adults, baby and dog.

Perfect mtk house

We had a great stay at Julia’s house. The place was very clean, functional and better than the photos. Location was just minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Julia was very quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely stay there again.
