Monon Community Center Waterpark Tours and Activities

Disappointing Service and Unacceptable Housekeeping Unfortunately, my stay was marked by two very disappointing experiences. First, I arrived for breakfast at approximately 6:07 AM to a completely empty restaurant. After politely asking whether breakfast was open and receiving confirmation, I proceeded toward a table. The woman at the counter abruptly stopped me in a rude tone, insisting that I wait to be seated. She then specifically instructed another employee, "Vale, in the back," directing her to seat me at the very back of the otherwise empty restaurant. What made this particularly uncomfortable was subsequently observing other guests being seated in the middle of the restaurant or simply walking in and seating themselves at the front. I was left feeling singled out and unwelcome. As if that weren't enough, I returned to my room at approximately 5 PM to find housekeeping had left it in a completely unacceptable condition. There were no towels, the shower curtain had been taken down, and the bedsheets and pillows had simply been thrown to the side. The room looked like housekeeping had started cleaning and abandoned the job halfway through. Guests should not have to return to a room in worse condition than they left it. Ironically, I would have been better off leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Between the unwelcoming breakfast experience and the unacceptable housekeeping, this stay fell well below reasonable expectations for hotel hospitality.
