Pros: Room was clean, infinity pool was clean, shuttles were convenient.
Cons: guest services slow to respond to any request 24-48 hours to get towels, body wash, coffee, basic amenities. Beach is non existent due to sargassum and smell was horrible. Large pool was dirty and full of kids jumping off of tables, using adult pool chairs as slides, taking over bingo, hanging on volleyball net. The restaurant service was the worst i have ever experienced even during slow season. The food was worst take on bar food you could imagine with 18% gratuities is a joke. Talking with locals and other travelers there are many many better options!

Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.
