L'appartamento è di nuova costruzione, si trova al centro di Marotta, è al primo piano, con ascensore, ampia terrazza vista mare e vista piazza.Tutto arredato con gusto e tutti i confort, aria condizionata, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon, TV.  
 Dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con doccia, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura completo di frigorifero, forno, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè. La posizione è ottima perché vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e vicino alla stazione del treno e dei bus. A pochi km ci sono le campagne marchigiane, dove si possono vedere bellissimi paesini con mura medioevali e cantine per assaggiare vini della nostra zona.  
Biancheria da letto e da bagno compresa.
