"Great gem in Corfu Town. Staff excellent. The person at the front desk who helped us with places to go and places to eat (apologies I do not remember your name) she was extremely helpful and nice. If you have not been to the island before best to stay in Corfu Town and rent a car and explore the island during the day. Come back before dark and enjoy the old town. PS. The hotel has a small parking lot a few streets over that is easy to find (with your phone GPS) Faster to walk there than drive but not a big deal"

"The room was clean and smelled pleasant; everything was very simple yet harmonious and very comfortable, with an excellent mattress. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. (There was no one available at night to carry the luggage up to the room on the first floor—there is no elevator—but everything went fine.) The air conditioning worked well; I didn't use the bar."
