This level also includes a double bedroom with a bathroom suite (bath/shower/bidet/WC) and access to a balcony, as well as two additional double bedrooms, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and two more bathrooms (one with a bath/bidet/WC and the other with a shower/bidet/WC). The upper floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and features another large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative), a dining table, and a TV, along with two double bedrooms, a room with two beds, a bathroom suite (bath/shower/bidet/WC and hydro massage shower), and a kitchenette similar to the one on the lower level. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on this level. The second upper floor houses an open studio area, and the villa has a large balcony, garden, and terrace furniture, offering panoramic views of the valley.
