3) In Pavliani, it is a very touristic village in the surrounding area with a recreation park and you have the possibility to go hiking.  
4) In Thermopylae, where the historic battle between Spartans and Persians took place, there are hot thermal springs for lovers of hot water and healing through them.  
5) At the Monastery of Agios Sotiros, if you want to see a magical aeroplane view, all the town of Kamena Vourla and the combination of the sea and the mountain.  
6) In the hot thermal and therapeutic springs of Kuniavitis, equally for lovers of thermal tourism.  
7) In Edipsos, a nice one-day visit to Evia would be also for the absolute peace and the hot thermal water right next to the sea.  
8) In Pelion, the historical place of ancient Greece with the incredible natural landscape as well as Volos and Larissa.  
9) In the famous Meteora, with its strange and surprising rocks, a unique landscape.  
10) In Delphi, also the historical part of ancient Greece for the oracle of Delphi.

If any visitor wants to visit the islands of Skopelos, Skiathos and Alonissos, they can stay in our place for a stopover and the next day take the boat from the port of Agios Konstantinos to these islands  
  
The visitors can come to our place by bus from Athens and from any city they wishes or by car  
  
The hot thermal springs of Thermopylae are located at a very close distance from our accommodation, they have therapeutic properties for rheumatic diseases, they offer rejuvenation, relaxation and enjoyment at the same time  
Also, the place has an intense touristic and historical interest (spa tourism) since right next to the hot springs is the path of the Ephialtes that betrayed the Spartans in the battle against the Persians in ancient Greece  
  
The area is a complete spa town as there are 4 nearby thermal baths  
  
Our location is almost in the middle of the route from northern greece to the south, so it is easy for a short stay and a stopover between the visitors' journey.  
  
In our place you will find absolute peace and tranquility in nature, you will escape from everyday life, you will enjoy the magical colors of the sky, where the sea meets the sky is delightful  
All this in combination with the comfortable poufs, pillows, sunbeds, sofas and comfortable chairs in the outdoor area of the villa  
The pool makes the difference since its water merges with the sea water to the human eye  
  
At a distance of 15 minutes are Thermopylae for thermal baths with therapeutic properties and the springs of Kuniavitis at a distance of 10 minutes  
  
Ιt is located 1,9 km from Kamena Vourla, where you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, taverns, cafes, nightlife, etc

This villa is located in Asproneri, just 1 km away from the lovely small town of Kamena Vourla and approximately 1,5 hours drive from Athens. You will enjoy the fenced rock garden and a BBQ area. The nearest sandy beach is only 100m, 3 beach bars and crystal water. With this house as your base, you are ideally placed for a day trip to Lichadonisia, a hidden paradise of small green islands surrounded by gold sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. The islands of Lichadonisia can be reached by small boats from Kamena Vourla, and you will find a beach bar along with sunbeds and umbrellas to spend the day in a unique place. You can also take day trips to some of Greece’s most beautiful sites, such as Delphi and of course Athens and all its archeological treasures. The villa is located just 15 minutes from Thermopyles with the thermal springs. A longer trip (3 hours) will lead you to the village of Kalambaka at the foot of the stunning rock towers of Meteora, on top of which six monasteries are definitely worth a visit (classified as UNESCO World Heritage). Υou will enjoy the most magical sunset.  
  
Our villa is newly built, modern, luxurious as seen in the photos and with huge windows so that the visitor can see the sea, the mountain view and the pool of the interior of the house!  
There is 2 sofa beds, 2 huge beds and 3 single beds with a brand new high quality mattress all of them!  
There is also a work desk if anyone wishes to work remotely, very fast internet, air conditioning for heating and cooling, fireplace (inside the villa) and all the essentials of the bathroom and kitchen for cooking anything you desire, a big fridge and an also big freezer  
  
The kitchen space is big enough for the guest to cook at his own convenience!  
There is also a large smart TV and cd player  
  
The location of the property is exactly where the best beaches of the prefecture are gathered, there is organized beach bar and unorganized one, depending on the preference of each visitor  
The villa is located between Kamena Vourla (which has shops for food, coffee, drinks, pharmacies, supermarkets and anything anyone needs) and Agios Konstantinos (where there is the port of transition to the islands of Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos as well as a beach footpath for walking next to the sea)  
  
Incredible sunset view and an ideal destination for exploring nature  
  
The visitors can enjoy the incredible view either from inside the villa or from the huge private outdoor area  
  
From the interior of the villa you can see the pool as well as the perfect view of sea and mountain!  
  
Our space has a huge private courtyard and private pool in front of the villa with sea and mountain view, with tables and comfortable chairs for eating, working and whatever the visitors want  
  
There is also a private wooden structure where there are chairs with cushions for the comfort of the guests as well as poufs, tables, cushions and hammocks. From there, visitors can see the incredible view of the mountain and the sea from higher place, the sunset and the magical colors of the sky, perfect for photography use  
  
The use of the private barbecue is also available and you will enjoy the peace of the area combined with the sound of nature.  
Hiking, fishing, walking right next to the sea, sea sports and swimming are activities that visitors can easily do  
  
Regarding the location of the accommodation, it is built on the doorstep of the mountain next to the sea with a combination of the two and close to the capital of Greece - Athens

Location was a point on the map and Google took us the wrong way and we almost got stuck. There were 2 beds with sheets and the top 2 beds without any sheets. Stairs were narrow and without a railing, you had to hold on to a rope and cables to climb some thin steps so our kids slept on the hard sofas. The mattresses and sofas were too hard or worn out.No microwave, no utensils like a food mixer, whisk, the coffee maker was old too.Only one key to the door and when you took it out to leave, the electricity and air conditioning would turn off and you would return home to horrible heat. There's not enough power in the area so to take a hot shower, you had to turn off the air conditioning, and so on.Shared access to the swing, patio and pool with other units.Lots of shells that could break, low hanging decoration with shells that we hit with our heads constantly.We were terribly bitten by mosquitoes and other insects inside and outside the house.Many flickering lights that had to be turned off, many very dim or not working properly.The 2 bathrooms had showers so small that the curtain fell off when we took a shower, no bidet and no bathtub (owner lied in the description).The alarm on the refrigerator rings for no reason every day with door closed.The is shallow, depth of less than 1.2m, with very cold water.Every day an alarm rang in the neighborhood.The descent from the house to the beach was steep.The good things: view was beautiful, has blackout blinds.

Spectacular property, both in terms of the view and the villa itself. There were plenty of supplies in the house as well, although it would've been good if there'd been some charcoal/firefighters for the BBQ and some olive oil. Only other thing to add is that there were a lot of cats in the close vicinity; wasn't a problem for us because we love cats, but some people may not. Also, one of them (a big white male) didn't look to be in the best health. I don't know what the protocol is with strays in Greece, but it looked like it needed a vet. Anyway, wouldn't hesitate to book again. We moved our stay.

#### Magical view - yes and great seaside town

My family recently stayed 2 nights at this location. Our only complaint was we only had 2 nights. The house is a charming seaside house with an elevated position so the view was amazing. The outside area was well thought out with a great patio directly outside, well furnished area around the pool. The pool was a nice treat for my children and I to relax while enjoying the warm day. Further outside is more extended areas for dining and viewing the sea or sunset. The sunset was amazing both evenings. The house has a nice kitchen, and sitting areas with 2 bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath. The rooms have nice closets if you had longer stays and wanted to use for your luggage. The is a small stair case (with no rail if you have small kids be aware) and 2 rooms upstairs along with a bath) the ceilings and some lights are low, my son who is over 6 foot hit his head a few times) The AC worked well, was hot in Kamena Vourla while we visited. The host Dionosis and his mother are very nice and welcoming. The provided many local recommendations and took great care of us during the visit. Kamena Vourla is a charming small seaside town, very nice people, a few nice shops and great restaurants and cafes all along the main street with beaches all around. We highly recommend a visit.
