The cabin exceeded expectations. It was simple but very clean and had privacy with nice views of the woods. The bed was comfortable with heated blankets and the cabin heat worked great as well. Had a little issue checking in when I was not provided the cabin number and door code (sounds like this is an Expedia issue, not the fault of the property). The onsite caretaker was very nice and got me squared away. Just reach out to them ahead if arriving if you don’t receive a check in code as cell service is very limited in the area. It’s a quick 20 minute drive to the park visitor center from here and there is a small cafe across the street for coffee and food. The only thing that could be added is a wifi signal booster. TV was difficult to operate. When we got it working, the screen questiomed us that we may have watched too much TV!!!! Unfriendly warnings, insisting on guests washing their dishes, othetwise a surcharge. No tea towels were made available I like ordimary black tea. Only one tea bag made available.
