Great location, on the beach and 5 minutes by bike to the city centre/10 minutes walk. Swimming pool, restaurant, bar and bike rental available at the property, which is excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. Negative though is that there is no cleaning service at the apartments, you will need to do that yourself throughout all of your stay there ( not even products left for you to clean the place) and that no prevention was done for mosquitos, we ended up daily with over 20 mosquitos in every room (disinfestazione o zanzariere would have solved it).

The room was clean and very well air conditioned! The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing (I paid extra for it). Very good location right off the busy main square and steps to many great restaurants and bars

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

Exceptional service at this luxurious haven in the middle of the city. The team members on reception were fantastic and Alessandra went above and beyond, helping me son arrival with some specific requirements. Excellent breakfast with great coffee, seasonal fruit and healthy yogurts, not just the more decadent options. (If that is your bag, the selection of homemade breakfast cakes did look exceptional, too!) The rooms are gorgeous.

Beautiful, historic hotel located right on the waterfront, just steps from Piazza Unita d’Italia. Canal Grande and the other sights of Trieste are 5-10 minutes walk away, with the main bus and train stations approximately 15 minutes walk away. We decided to upgrade to a waterfront room with balcony which turned out to be the best decision ever as - pure coincidence - there was a drone show over the water that night so while thousands of people jostled for a spot, we relaxed on our balcony with a bottle of wine enjoying our prime location! The room was enormous and very clean with everything you could need. The decor throughout the hotel is very traditional and luxurious. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.
