The staff, especially those in housekeeping, were so diligent and hardworking. They made sure supplies were always restocked and the room was clean. Breakfast services from 6am-11am provided ample time for guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite hotel in Boston with amazing gym, pool, spa and food. We come here monthly and have tried other hotels but they just can’t compete.

Great stay, clean, staff friendly, felt safe in the hotel. Only downside would be the location of this hotel as it is close to a hospital. Frequent noise from paramedic sirens and there's also a lot of homeless nearby the hotel.
