" The stay was ok. But it is the fact that i was fraudulently charged for a room that was suppose to be canceled due to a check in name not matching card information. Yet charged for room and refusing to refund my money. "

"The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. ."

"The first room that they assigned me had bugs in the bed. After attempting several room changes that were located either next to the first room with bugs in the bed, or just below it, they assigned me a very clean room at the opposite end of the hotel. I have pictures of these bugs. After the room change, the room that I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot and had several choices."
