The home features four bedrooms and a living room sofa bed, accommodating up to twelve guests. Located on a quiet street, it offers a peaceful and reliable stay. Our photos include professional shots and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We hope to host you! The Space: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Step inside this lovely home, and you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, the heart of the house where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. Here you will find a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen. With four inviting bedrooms, everyone in the household will have ample space for rest. Two bedrooms offer two double beds, one with a full-size bed and the last with a queen bed. To ensure your comfort, this home boasts two comfortable bathrooms designed with your relaxation and convenience in mind; these well-appointed bathrooms will meet your needs with style and comfort. Both the front and backyard provide ample space for kids or furry friends to run around. A charcoal grill and utensils are available! \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Located just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, allowing you to indulge in delicious meals without venturing too far from home. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
