Upstairs enjoy the fully renovated kitchen stocked with everything you would need to create a multi course meal. If grilling is your thing, don't worry, there is a propane grill just outside. Clean up is a breeze with the new dishwasher and extra large sink. Who doesn't like options? Choose between dining alfresco on the string lit porch, the breakfast nook with cozy bench seat or the formal dining room that seats up to 8. Take a load off on the large sectional in the living room while catching a movie on the 65" Roku TV, or in one of the 4 bedrooms with all their own TVs. Everyone can't decide what to watch, down stairs you'll find another living room, and in the game room a comfy leather couch. The ultimate stay-cation! You won't even need to leave the property to find something fun to do. Take a dip in the pool and get a little sun in the lounge chairs on the deck. Hangout pool side in the cabana our fitted with lights and a fan. At night warm up in the hot tub or, next to the smokeless fire pit just beyond the pool level. For some fun in the AC check out the game room! Like stepping into your favorite cozy bar, you'll find dark wood floors and a cool atmosphere. So much room for everyone. The bathrooms were great. Loved the shower heads. You can tell we are shower people lol . Plus with mobile heat, you would too. The house was super clean when we checked in. Everything was in the right place. The game room was a huge plus. The kids spent a lot of time playing down there whenever we were home. Cooking was a plus, because of the spacious kitchen, and all the kitchen necessities. Honestly, if you have a small or large party.Loved the quietness of the area . We come from a very quiet place so that was super important for us. This will be a place for us whenever we come to mobile, as long as it's available. Oh, we had the pleasure of meeting the cleaning crew. They were so welcoming and social. And communication with the owner was super easy quick response. It was perfect for our family group of 9 aged 21 – 76 with couples and singles. The room configuration was perfect for us with plenty of extra space. My daughter lives in the area and guided me to safe areas of town. She was right, this worked out perfect for us. We had 5 cars plus my daughter’s car - there was plenty of room to park under the deck and in the driveway. We had no need to park in the street. Our first evening there, after sitting on our long drive and after touring the expansive house (it is much bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside) we took advantage of the nice weather and walked the 1.5 miles up to Post on the Hill for drinks and a meal. We were in town for Mardi Gras – the Post’s special King Cake Martini was the real deal. The next day we stopped at Carpe Diem for coffee before walking along the Avenue of Oaks at Spring Hill College. The house is well appointed for all your entertaining needs, the location is great and the host responded promptly to all my inquiries. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Amy H. Was in town for a small family reunion. I had the place for 4 nights (2 of which) I had it all to myself. It is a serene location yet it is most conducive to every age group. The teens enjoyed the pool and the game room. The adults enjoyed the spacious and well structured deck with the white party lights, the pergola with a strong ceiling fan pergola and the hot tub. Every area was bright clean and well maintained. The multiple AC thermostats allowed easy temp adjustments for the respective areas. The inside staircase to the lower level was well lit and rail equipped. I could not figure out how to turn on the outside light to the carport. The bathrooms were more than adequately supplied with towels and dispenser filled with spa fragrance soap, shampoo, etc. I could go on and on. All I can say is you wont go wrong if you choose 3660\.
