Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to host you in this pet friendly property! There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team before you are charged.



Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management will not be responsible for pricing issues on third party websites, and in the case of any discrepancies, rates generated from Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management's website will take precedence. Guest Access:

All Moab Flats units utilizing a key code for entry. This makes doing a self check-in easy. You will receive a welcome kit with details on locating your unit as well as your entry. You may perform a self check-in anytime after 4 PM by simply entering your code.



The Neighborhood:

The best location in Moab: just a block on Main Street in the heart of Moab. You can walk to most of Moab restaurants, shops, etc. Avoid hassles with parking. And being a block off Main Street removes you from most of the noise and hustle and bustle of Main Street.



Getting Around:

While you can walk to most everywhere downtown from your rental, you will want a car to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.



Other Things to Note:

Great for both smaller parties and large groups. Rent multiple units together for larger groups that still want privacy.
