If you spend any time indoors, you’ll find yourself indulging in a castle away from home, relaxing in a spacious living area with a full media entertainment center, a cozy fireplace, sunny dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Head home from your adventures to a shower room and laundry facilities with convenient access to a single-car garage. You’ll soon be relaxing with a cool drink on your private patio. While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings! No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability. Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management.
