This roomy bi-Level, 3-Bed, 2 Bath townhome will host you and your travel companions in comfort and style. If you spend any time indoors, you’ll find yourself indulging in a castle away from home, relaxing in a spacious living area with a full media entertainment center, a cozy fireplace, sunny dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen.

Head home from your adventures to a shower room and laundry facilities with convenient access to a single-car garage. You’ll soon be relaxing with a cool drink on your private patio. While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings!

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability.

Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

Pretty location and roomy condo
Great location to visit national parks. Condo has large rooms and beautiful view from deck. The teens enjoyed the pool and the garage was nice to keep car cooler.

Located in a great area. No hot tub as marketed. Pool is covered which is nice for sun coverage. Furniture is definitely used at best but it was clean and the quick response from the managing company were much appreciated.

Clean and comfortable property
The property was the right size for our party, with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The patio furniture looked comfortable, though we noticed the ground level rear patio had some weeds growing in it. We stayed just one night and did not have occasion to actually use the outdoor spaces. This property is quite convenient to the city of Moab and to Arches National Park.

Little dated but everything works and it was comfortable. Fireplace was nice for the cold March temperatures. Also like the bbq grill and porch area. Affordable price. Would stay again.
