The staff were very helpful in helping me make reservations for tours and restaurants, including same day reservations. Note Shirga Resort doesn't offer snorkeling to non Japanese speaking guests. The staff worked quickly to find other tour operators available on the same day which I really appreciated. Loved the variety at breakfast, amazing food. Also loved the Shigira shuttle and tuktuk to get around.
