Room was clean but not at all what we expected for the price we paid. Air went out at 5am and wasn’t fixed until 930. I won’t be staying there ever again!

Great customer service and quality communication. I’ve stayed here innumerable times since May and in many of the units. It’s alway been constant excellence!

You have to navigate steps with your luggage and there are no chairs in the suite we were in. The staff was exceptional - very helpful. The bed was comfy. The location was not the best but not the worst - within walking distance to most attractions. We loved the old history of the place. Would definitely go there again.
