    This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental, with beach access, located in the quiet GATED community of Paradise Retreat, is ready to give your Destin getaway the luxury it deserves! Easily walk to the beach or take the courtesy Golf Cart for a drive along the beach!

    Booking window is traditionally Saturday to Saturday. Some weeks may allow for shorter booking periods. If you are unable to book the dates required, it is likely outside of the approved check-in and check-out window.

    The living room has a brand new 65in 4K SMART TV

    Each bedroom comes with a 4K Smart Fire TV equipped with cable TV.

    Student groups will require a minimum damage deposit of $100 cash per person in addition to the base damage deposit. Student groups are charged on a per person basis (Usually around $400 depending on size) and must be approved before booking. Must have one 25-year-old per every four guests under the age of 25. Student Groups are required to complete an Addendum prior to being granted access to the property. Failure to complete Addendum, provide cash deposit, or attempting to conceal student group status will result in eviction and loss of any and all funds. Student groups are checked-in in person.

    Driveway fits 2 vehicles, and the garage fits another 1 guest vehicle. If you need more parking, contact me in advance.

    Rates are based on 10 guests. Additional guests are $25 per night, with a minimum of $100 per stay. DURING THE SUMMER, WEEKLY RATES ALWAYS APPLY. Can sometimes cross Saturdays. Holiday fee of $300 may be charged.

    Student pricing is done on a per student basis and WILL be different than quoted price. Please contact me with questions.

    Please ask for my rental agreement before booking. Where in conflict, the terms of my rental agreement supersede all other terms and information elsewhere.

    If for any reason Guest cancels, transfers, or changes reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to Guest as follows, there IS NOT a 24-hour grace period:

    a. 25% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change with 60 or more days remaining before arrival date.

    b. Full forfeiture for any cancellations or changes made with less than 60 days remaining before arrival date.

    This home is located minutes from an ADA-compliant wheelchair beach access!!!
    The community has a private beach access. The chairs and umbrellas located there are owned and managed by an independent company; reservations and pricing are not included in the cost of rental and is the responsibility of the guest.

Great choice for family group

The house was great. The beds were comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, the rest of us enjoyed the A/C. There were some issues with the hot tub but we did not contact the Manager. The water stayed warm and the kids were happy with that. There is a learning curve to operate the dryer and shower in the main bathroom. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Favorite Beach

This property was perfect for our large family and because of its proximity to our favorite beach. We walked there daily and enjoyed the hot tub daily as well.

The instructions state to contact property owner 2 hours prior to arrival which we did make several attempts to reach him - his phone went straight to voicemail - unable to reach owner by phone - we showed up at the house at 5:00 - the neighborhood pool guy was able to contact the owner and enter the code to access the property - after accessing the property, was later told an email was sent with our check in information - this was not made clear during the booking process The kitchen cabinets were peeling and full of dirty dishes. Several drawers in the refrigerator were broken. The ice maker was not working. The tile flooring was dirty. Our feet stayed black. The couch should be taken to the dump. There is a piece of plywood under the cushions. One side of the sectional is collapsed. Very uncomfortable living room area. There was not enough pots and pans to cook. No measuring cups. No hand soap for the bathrooms. Only a small bar soap. Ridiculous. The location is excellent. Very close walk to the beach. Hot tub takes up entire porch space. No golf cart.

Very Nice place

Over all it was a great house and a great location. Minor issues that we just ignored or didn't use the hot tub because the controller wouldn't work properly. Doors needed some oil they were very loud opening an closing. Over all will use again if available.

Amazing place!!

This place was amazing!! Even nicer than the pics , if that is even possible. Great location. Privacy when you want it, but a short walk to beach or ride in the complimentary golf cart that was there for your convenience.. hot tub was a plus when relaxing in the evening after a long day. So much to say about this place . I will definitely come back when in Destin Florida. Yowceph was a wonderful host. When I needed anything he responded back in minutes. Like I said, I just can’t say enough about this home . Beautiful , clean , comfortable beds and plenty of everything you need for a great vacation !!!! ❤️

The house was amazing and perfectly located close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon! Check-in was very simple as were the home instructions. We walked to the beach daily due to the closeness. This home is in a private, quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed plus some! The home is beautifully decorated. The beds and linens are very comfortable!

Great stay

The home is beautifully renovated with a fresh decor and big open space for big parties. We had a group of 15 including an infant and everything is provided. The owner is easy to work with, never intruded or interrupted our stay. The location is great, close drop off with the golf cart or short 1/2 mile walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this home. The only thing lacking is a pool at the home but because the beach is so beautiful and close you can do without the pool! Our first big family vacay and we loved it, definitely will be back! Thanks Y for all your help and my 146 questions 😁

Paradise Retreat was perfect for our family vacation! Super clean and very well kept.

The house itself was perfect. It was just the right size for our family group of 10 that stayed. Everything was great; the house was perfectly clean, the property is well maintained, the hot tub and the golf cart were great additions as well! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. I absolutely loved the decor in the house, it is perfect and just puts you in the mood to be on vacation! One thing that stuck out to me was how comfortable the bed linens were! Thank you for our stay in Paradise Retreat, would love to come back!

Stop looking and stay here!!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home as a family of 6. The rooms and beds would comfortably sleep 16 people with plenty of room to move around the house. We plan on coming back soon with 2 other families since this house had so much room! The floor plan is very open and inviting. Every room has comfortable beds and a nice size TV with an amazon firestick for watching Netflix, Youtube etc... (the kids loved that) Plenty of dining space and seating for family meals. The home also has a nice outdoor space with a grill and lounge chairs. The Golf Cart is an added plus and makes it easy to grab what you need from a dollar store just outside of the neighborhood or access the beach just down the street. Customer Service with the owner is outstanding. We had a couple of questions during our stay that were answered by phone within 2 minutes. This home is convenient to shopping at the Destin Commons, grocery stores, popular local restaurants and of course close to the beach with private deeded beach access. Nothing at all negative to say and hope to stay again soon!

my stay in this beautiful spacious home was absolutely amazing. Not only was the home beautifully decorated but it has high end quality from top to bottom, it was immaculate and the best part is from the home it's a 2 minute walk to the beach. If your looking for something that's minutes away from all of destins hottest spots, very private & quiet I highly suggest this home!

Beautifully decorated, Spacious and hidden gem

We loved this house! It's so beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is big, the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The beach is a short walk and there are also two restaurants you can also walk to. Great place! Can't wait to come back and I will be telling my friends and family about this hidden gem.

Memorable experience!

This was our first time staying at this vacation home and definitely won't be our last one. This place made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect (quick walk to the beach), the house was immaculate clean, comfortable and well decorated. We had a wonderful time so did our kids!

Been to so many vacation homes and this one is top quality, owners obviously take great pride in their home! Location was great, beach was really close and easy to get to. Prices are good too! Planning to be back in the future! Thanks so much for the good experience.
