It was a group of us that went, and the only real downside of this place was that the two rooms that we booked were so far away from each other… like, floor 8 and floor 28. They were the same type of room and under the same name. Disappointed that they wouldn’t even try to accommodate. But the pools were amazing and the rooms were comfortable. Would recommend to others.

If you’re staying at this hotel, you definitely need a car, but they do charge parking fees. Our room was not serviced for our 3 night stay. The Safe did not work and the remote on the TV sometimes worked and sometimes not. It was great that the room had a fridge but would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room so you could make an early morning coffee/tea.

The “wildcard” room option was terrible. The put me in a room by the elevator and I don’t think the room had been used in a while. It also wasn’t cleaned well at all. Hair in the tub, on the floor and the lotion had a white ring around the base of it like it was partially used and left. The mirror was dirty. It just wasn’t cleaned well. Then we got moved to a different room that was supposed to be an upgrade because of the inconvenience to the fact they couldn’t move us after the first night and it was not an upgrade. Same kind of room. Just got a 50 dollar food credit. Not a good experience at all!
