The host was communicative and easy to reach. The listing and photos are somewhat deceptive. This is not a cabin in the woods but more like a cabin in a subdivision. There is no privacy outdoors as the neighbors are directly behind the fence of the very small yard. Also, we found it hard to park our truck, we have a Ram 1500 four door, in the driveway.
