It's a room above a bar so it comes with all that is expected. And a little pricey considering the shared bathroom. But honestly a great time. If a good old fashioned adventure is what you're after, this is the place to be. Close to everything donwtown. Just be aware, it is what it says on the tin....but the earplugs do help a LOT if you want to sleep before the bar closes.

"Had a little bath problem in the first room. Mainatainance said they came by and fixed it. They didnt even touch it. Anyways they gave us another room on the mountainside this time and was very happy. Try the alaskan omelet at the Forte. Amazing!"

"The Lakefront is super close to the Anchorage airport, and thus super convenient for folks flying in and out, on their way to a cruise or hunting/fishing expedition.
