Poorly house kept, sticky floors in halls and room. Sheets, converters, and pillows were suspect. Breakfast was decent, coffee was not worth the time to walk to the lobby. But for the price I half expected it
Did not use wi-wfi someone had worked in the room and did not clean up the mess. Bathroom floor was dirty.
Could not get breakfast because line was too long
This place was so gross I didn't even bother to finish checking in, I left and stayed at another hotel. They should be ashamed to try sell this to the public.
Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. I finally stayed in the 3rd room after asking for other rooms due to hair and stains on the bedding. The floors are hard rather than carpeted, but there is loose dirt, bunnies, and a stickiness to them. This hotel has fallen into disrepair in other minor areas as well-missing vent fan covers, broken off towel bars, dirty grout, and scuffed paint. That being said, it was a quiet night and there were no disruptive guests during my stay. There was a fridge, microwave, and large flat screen TV in the room.
It was inexpensive rundown facility. Personnel was very nice and accommodating but their cleaning staff could use training. Clientele at this facility is limited income. People were partying and arguing outside my room. They used poor quality linens and towels but high quality toilet paper. The shower leaked so there was mold in the room.
Blood splatter on floor, pubic hair in bed, unknown sticky substances coating all flat surfaces, unflushed toilet full of feces.
Complained to Expedia, hotel refused refund and claimed we were lying and that the room was clean.
Cars in parking lot with smashed out windows.
This property is not clean. From hair on the sheets to dirty, stained towels on the counters. Bugs on the dirty floor. The poor guy at reception was working so hard to find clean rooms for the guests. There were people smoking weed in the building.
The room was so smelly, the toilet was so dirty and not flushing good, the room wasn’t clean, bugs all over, the bed covers and everything were not washed, smelly and stained
This Hotel should’ve not been open as it’s the worst nightmare for those who are deceived by the pictures on line. It’s a must not stay place. They are lying about this dirty, druggy smelling hotel. We never stayed because it made us puke just going inside the minute we saw it. I wasted my money on this filthy Hotel.
It’s a scam, non refundable hotel. What an idiot would put a hotel website with good photos of it and stating as non refundable. It’s a ghetto place!!!!
The entire property - including the room smelled heavily of cigarettes and bleach. The room was dirty; floors unswept, hair in the bed, mirror and sink not wiped down, and fan caked in dust. The occupant in the room next to us was LOUD all night long - talking and laughing with people in the hallway and room, listening to loud music, and has 3 large dogs in the room that bark often. The bedsheets and comforter were also sloppily made and didn’t fit the king size bed. The staff was friendly but didn’t seem interested in helping occupants or able to offer much information.
Was a bed to sleep in but will it recommend. Or stay again.
Warning!!! Picture and rooms on Expedia will get a completely different looking room, smell and experience.
So the other reviews are accurate and we're not there when I booked. Do not recommend it.
Its a shared building with people living in it and hotel rentals.
Pull up first impression was well good chance my trucks going to be a hot item in this lot. Instantly was felt uncomfortable with the neighbours (surprising as its on a main road by the air port)
Reception the dude was under the influence of something, unprofessional, and didn't know how to look up a reservation or ask what my last name was, kept trying too look up my reservation under my middle name. Extremely slow.
It appears maybe the front area and a couple rooms have been revamped.Or at least 1 room dolled up enough for Expedia to advertise the rest are nothing like the pictures! Don't be fooled.
The building is T so we got the back half when we walked back there instantly smelled like weed. Opened our door to the lovely smell of being drowned in Lysol and weed. Floor was not cleaned, rust stains all over the counter. As another review mentioned it felt like a prison cell. Old painted brick wall and a mirror from the 80s.
Now I understand this isn't going to the the best of the best but it was so bad I gave the card back, lost my money as no refund, and was prepared to sleep in my truck if everything else was booked up since I came down for the state fair.
I'd I could give a 0 or negative I would.
A staff member was doing drugs while trying to check us in! Then they said "our room WAS clean but now its NOT"…what?!? And one of the staff members was to "busy" in another room with a "friend"…really. I recommend on not going there, like at all.
Arrival was very accommodating by the front desk with regards to putting us in rooms close together, etc. The rooms were very clean and as they are modifying and upgrading, whatever wasn’t in our rooms that we requested, was promptly brought to us. We appreciated the upgrades that they are striving towards.
Gave away our building reservation and then tried to move us to a different building up the road. The building was in terrible condition. Smelled , drywall dust everywhere, homeless people , door handles missing. Asked for a refund and didn’t stay at the hotel. We drove home instead.
