Hallways and room could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly. Bar had good service & desserts. Didn't like that parking wasn't included.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
A good value for an up to date, well run hotel. Clean and neat rooms, adequate breakfast and nice courteous staff. Efficient shuttles to airport-trip time less than 15 minutes. I only wish that the surrounding neighborhood were more attractive, but this is not unique to this hotel.

Very pleased to have a double queen room with the extra living room area! Not excited for an ADA room as the beds were not comfortable...

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
Checked in at 3ish and the coffee stand, bar, and restaurant were all closed. They only open in the morning and evening but, with few eateries nearby, at least the coffee stand should have remained open.
