The room was very nice, but there was ongoing construction during the day. It felt like somebody had a jackhammer right above our suite. They were working from 9 AM to 5 PM with the jackhammer. Really couldn’t stay in the room at all. It was so loud. Very disappointed that this was not mentioned when I booked the room

The check-in staff was not friendly or accommodating. We checked in at 9:30 PM and informed her that we would need to check out early around 6:00 AM, so we would not be able to have breakfast at 7:00 AM.
We simply asked if it would be possible to get some bread or a small breakfast to take with us. However, she refused and said that they do not offer that. Her response made us feel very disappointed and unwelcome.
In addition, the parking situation was terrible and very inconvenient. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
