Out of all the hotels/onsens we had whilst traveling around Japan this was the best. Great service. Excellent food. The most comfortable futons we had for the whole trip. Pillows were hard as seems to the the Japanese custom and some softer ones as an option would be nice. The Onsen was great. Nice to be able to reserve a private one without having to pay extra.
