"We stayed in room 337, perfect location in the hotel! The room was clean, & in good condition. One of the tv remotes didn't work ( needed new batteries ). The free breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices). The free snacks during the evening reception needs improvement, the free drinks were great, my grandson got a shirley temple! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! Family Friendly Hotel! We will go again! "

"The staff (particularly one of the male employees) was not friendly at all, and we did not feel welcomed during our stay. While the room itself was acceptable, there was a strong unpleasant odor every time we entered, which made the experience uncomfortable. We requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. The housekeeping number was also unresponsive, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get basic items we needed. Overall, the service and room condition did not meet expectations. Also, keep in mind that breakfast and parking are not included and require additional payment."

"Always love staying here. Clean, upscale feeling. Great bar, breakfast. The rooms are nice. Love the size and the couch that can be used as an extra sleeping area. Large lobby area. Great walking distance to down town. Parking is insanely expensive compared to other hotels in the area. This is the only reason we don’t stay here all the time. This trip the manager gave us comped parking and it seriously made our stay feel so special. We were in town for a hockey tournament on Easter and they made our holiday stay feel very special. Would definitely recommend. Just wish nightly parking fee was not so outrageous. "
