The villa is fully fenced with wrought iron fence, and full courtyard doors which protect your privacy. Beautiful Mediterranean gardens, stone stairs, and floors, as well as endless, heated, infinity swimming pool dominates the garden. Swimming pool has a convenient shower, and a modern music system to help you relax. Daybed, lounge chairs, and chairs in the garden are perfect to get you in the holiday mood of leisure. Sunset Bliss Retreat Villa has several outdoor dining areas for your al-fresco meals, as well as fully equipped luxurious outdoor stone kitchen with the majestic sea view. In fact, almost all the outdoor areas command breathtaking sea views. First floor of the villa is basically one vast open living/dining area with numerous indoor/outdoor gardens. It consists of fully equipped outdoor kitchen, several outdoor terraces for dining for 12 persons, and various outdoor sitting areas where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed. Sunset Bliss Retreat Villa's interior is as exclusive as its exterior. Indoor we have an open concept large living/dining area, and enormous Scavolini kitchen. The kitchen blends the fascination of the past with an elegant contemporary concept with gold decorations. Everything rotates elegantly around the kitchen island, and the supply of cookbooks, and freshest local ingredients might inspire your inner-chef to venture to unknown, and surprise yourself, and your family. Sunset Bliss Retreat kitchen has the abundance of storage space in the kitchen cabinets, and numerous fridges/freezers so you really do not need to waste your precious vacation time on food supply. We also offer a food stocking service on demand (fee applies). Moreover, the kitchen features fine china, and cutlery, and all the equipment you will ever need including juicer, blender, coffee machine, and much more. Just outside the kitchen, there is a wine cellar with excellent selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages for the reasonable prices. Besides numerous Croatian and international wines, the cellar also features our own home grown organic wine from Brac vineyard. In the dining area, Scavolini dining room table, and the genuine leather chairs can comfortably sit 10-12 persons. Highest quality heated porcelain Italian flooring in the living area compliments perfectly the stone carved fully functional fireplace. The entire villa is also fully air-conditioned, and heated using the most modern systems making it very comfortable for your stay even in the winter months. Living room compliments a hand-made furniture of the finest quality. Our designer living room table is made of coconut wood. The genuine leather sofa bed, two armchairs, and antique accent chairs add unique architecture and structure, expressive decor and artistry, and magnificent features to our luxury villa. The living room provides a satellite TV, Netflix, and Google assistant for your entertainment during rainy days. The living room area of the villa is connected to 2 bedrooms on the first floor. First bedroom is twin bedroom, and ideal for the children or single adults. The second bedroom is rather special as it only features one twin bed, and the beautiful Jacuzzi tub for 2\. Just imagine sipping your wine in the Jacuzzi tub while admiring the swimming pool, sea view and the gorgeous sunset! These two bedrooms on the first floor share the full bathroom, and astonishing indoor garden with bougainvillea. Die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und sehr sympathisch und haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben! Die Villa war sehr sauber, die Zimmerausstattung und die Bettwäsche waren sehr toll. Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren zu Fuss erreichbar und das Essen hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben ein paar Mal in der Sommerküche gekocht und das war sehr gemütlich. In der Villa gab es alles, was man braucht: Sehr viel Geschirr, viele Handtücher und Strandtücher. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und in dem Haus gibt es sehr viel Platz...Wegen der Auffahrt und dem Zugang zur Villa: Ja, der Weg ist steinig, aber wir sind bestimmt 12 Mal rauf,- und runter fahren mussten, weil wir einkaufen und den Rest unserer Familie vom Flughafen abholen mussten. Ebenso sind wir 2 Mal die Strecke im Dunkeln gefahren und es war in Ordnung. Ja, es ist keine gute Straße, aber wenn man langsam und Vorsicht die Strecke fährt - dann geht es ja. Hey, wir leben noch und das Auto ins ganz geblieben:) Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto oder mit einem Tesla würden wir die Strecke jedoch tatsächlich nicht empfehlen:). The home is beautiful, and is equipped with everything you would need. It's spotless and well maintained. We loved the outdoor kitchen space. The house is on a quiet bay which was a perfect swimming location for all ages, we had young children, teens and seniors in our group. The property is a short 20 minute walk to the town of Bobvisce which had two lovely restaurants and a small market. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy but when we needed them, they were extremely helpful. We ran into trouble with getting lost and having our car stuck on a deserted road and they helped us without any hesitation. We would definitely recommend a 4X4 vehicle to get to the house and please follow the hosts to get to the home, it's a little difficult to find the first time and google maps was not helpful. Thank you Ivo, Ljiljana and Margita. We will not forget your kindness. A truly incredible vacation spot. ##### Dennis W. It is very spacious and has lots of touches that emit quality. We had two weeks here and it was exactly what we wanted quiet but immersed in quality. Hosts were very good, friendly and accessible. The access is a challenge and as others have said a decent size 4 wheel drive is essential to be able to get in and out of the villa. We walked around the path to the local fishing village Bobovisca on a number of occasions and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the two restaurants and the shops stock. It was busy on a couple of occasion’s when there was a gathering of sailboats on a Thursday, but the double glazing worked in conjunction with the air on to ensure we still got a good nights sleep. Overall it exceeded our expectations and have no reservation in recommending. ##### Jane B. Es ist sehr sehr viel Platz für grosse Gruppen. Die Sauberkeit steht an oberster Stelle. Absolutely wonderful experience, everything and more the pictures describe. Home is meticulously clean, beautiful and spacious. The only drawback was access to the house-you need a suv. Beautiful Croatia and wonderful people, very relaxing vacation, among nature. The bay is beautiful, quite, the sea perfect. Villa is new, clean, beautifully designed , it has everything you could wish. Séjour de 14 nuits en juillet 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Voyageur vérifié 20 août 2018 #### Spacious, well-equipped property on a near-private bay We spent a wonderful week at the villa in early August. The villa is in a very peaceful location with just a couple of other large villas for neighbours. Because access via road is challenging, the bay itself saw few visitors other than the occasional couple of yachts mooring overnight. We were two families of four adults and five teenage children and the villa easily accommodated all of us. The villa is a 15 minute walk along the coast from Bobovisca where there are a couple of restaurants where we ate on three evenings. We arrived via private boat from Split which was a wonderful way to travel. Access via road is tricky and would need a 4x4 if renting a car. We were without a car and taxis did seem expensive (600 kuna from the villa to Milna and back, a 15 minute drive). The outdoor kitchen was a great place to spend time preparing meals. We didn't spend much time inside but the villa itself is very comfortable with effective air conditioning. A favourite spot was the landing at the edge of the water and we made good use of the kayak. On arrival we were greeted by Ivo and Ljiljana who showed us around the villa. Ivo took us to the supermarket and the following day to the fish/meat market in Supetar and was kind enough to prepare the fish for us.
