"Hotels.com does not have an accurate update of the facilities accommodations. There was no continental breakfast available (their dining area is under constructions) but they did offer a grab and go bag of snacks for breakfast. This is NOT the first time Hotels.com has done this. There is a serious error of communication between Hotels.com and the facility (and I am not sure who is at fault for this), but I am not pleased that this has happened to me again. Hotels.com, please make an effort to have up to date information regarding the facilities you are advertising. I'd give this hotel 4.5 out go 5 stars on this experience I'd give Hotels.com a 3.0 out of 5 stars on this experience."

"Horrible shower, possibly due to water restrictor in shower head. Small towels. As far as the bathroom was concerned, I felt like we were in a Holiday Inn from the 1960s. Otherwise, the facilities were OK. There was no line at checkout. It took me 17 minutes to get a printed copy of my bill because the only person at the front desk (woman) did not have a clue as to how to get a copy printed. "
