« This house was close about 2 miles to the RiverFront Park and close to the Zoo. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The flood lights in the back was nice when returning at night but it does light up the back bedroom. The AC was felt good when we returned from dragon boating or walking the dog. Kitchen was supplied with lots of Kcups for us coffee addicts. The owner responds very quickly to issues and questions. »

« Much needed maintenance items include fixing bathroom tile work, rear exterior lock, and heating system. There was only one blanket for two beds on a cold night. When checking the bedroom before leaving, we discovered someone before us had left a butcher knife in the nightstand of the rear bedroom. None of the lamps were plugged in because of a lack of outlets. Apparently they are for show only. The ad showed a bungalow but the property was a two story Victorian with three apartments. »

« Nice property overall, and fantastic historic neighborhood! Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! It is really just a bedroom and bathroom, though the kitchenette was very handy and well equipped.Back yard could definitely use some owner TLC. « Travled here for a work trip. Great spot located downtown but also quick to job site. Very clean and enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen instead of having to eat out every night, although great restaurants within walking distance. »
