8,2/10 Très bien! (1 014 avis)
I was so disappointed in our stay. We often stay at Embassy Suites and this was no where near the standard that we associate with this hotel brand. Our room had stained furniture and carpet, peeling wallpaper, a broken lampshade and ripped drapery. The carpet in the atrium and lobby area was filthy & stained. The elevators were painfully slow & we were greeted with more filth when we took the stairwells instead. The beds were surprisingly comfy, the check in was quick, and the food was decent. However it wasn’t enough to make it worth it.
