    Guests are welcomed to enjoy an array of premium watercraft, including tandem and single kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and a canoe—all thoughtfully provided by the owner. Complimentary professional kayaking and paddleboard lessons are offered next door at the Kayak Shop, making the water accessible for all skill levels. The private dock offers outstanding fishing, swimming, and serene river views.

    Inside, Beau Rivage has been recently renovated with an all-new floors throughout, gourmet kitchen and bran new bathrooms. The spacious living room invites relaxation, while the enclosed sunroom provides sweeping water views. An additional enclosed side porch, complete with a foosball table, offers an elevated space for casual entertainment.

    Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is appointed with flat-screen Smart TVs—six in total—ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the home. Outdoors, savor alfresco dining, unwind in the lush yard overlooking the river, or gather around the evening campfire for a luxurious waterfront ambiance.

    For groups seeking additional space, Eagle River, a sophisticated one-bedroom companion rental owned by the same host, sits just steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-equipped home—spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family or a couple families. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Cooperstown and Oneonta. We also had a blast using the provided water toys for fun on the river. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this home for a family getaway!

Awesome house and great location!

This house was perfect! My kids had an amazing time fishing from the dock and kayaking up and down the river. We stayed for a baseball tournament at all-star village and it was a quick 15-20 minute drive to and from the fields. We will be returning to Cooperstown the next two years and hope to be able to stay at this house every time!

Amazing riverside home

Our family stayed here for a week while our oldest son was playing at the Cooperstown baseball tournament in nearby All Stars Village. This home had it all — well stocked, spacious, and an amazing location next to the river. Our boys kayaked, went paddle boarding, and fishing everyday. Would love to come back!

Great place to stay

It was very clean. It had all the checked boxes that I needed for our vacation. Lots of kayaks, canoes, and paddle board. The kids had a blast. My son caught fish right from the back yard. It was convenient to have a store next door to get more tackle for fishing. Very beautiful stay. We were allowed a team party, and everyone enjoyed it. Would stay again if we ever come back.

Perfect - We cannot wait to return

We did not get to stay longer - as we wanted to, due to our late arrival This home is outfitted with everything we needed to cook, canoe, and kayak, My daughter is a student at Springbrook. Spacious but Cozy

We had a wonderful week-long experience! 3 families stayed here while our boys played at Cooperstown All Star Village which is about a 15 minute drive. Our kids were able to fish and kayak. We had a fire on the new back patio. The house has plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other and all the upstairs bedrooms are really good size. Yet the house has a cozy, quaint cottage feel to it. Having 3 showers/4 bathrooms was huge. Brent is quick to respond on any requests. We will be back in 2 years so hoping to book again!

Perfect for baseball families

Beau Rivage was the perfect home base for our three families visiting Dreams Park to watch our boys play ball. Siblings had plenty of room to play and chill while the grownups did the same. Located just off the main road, we were close to the park, an easy distance for groceries and anything else we needed in Oneonta, and a pleasant drive to downtown Cooperstown. We had a visit from Tropical Storm Debby in the middle of our week and were so grateful to have the space and amenities to keep everyone happy during long rain delays. Thank you!

Perfect getaway while son played baseball

We loved our week at Beau Rivage! Three families shared the home while our sons and husbands stayed at All Star Village. The home was clean and comfortable, with lots to keep us busy outside also. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing when we were not at the baseball diamond. The BBQ worked perfectly and we loved having a campfire at night. It was a quick drive to All Star Village, and even closer to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Having laundry available in the home was perfect - we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. Brent was very helpful and friendly when we had a question or needed food recommendations. Thank you!

Great Stay In Cooperstown!

We had a great stay for the week in this lovely, charming, clean home. The house was so quaint and well stocked for us. It was close to Dreams Park for easy access back and forth to the park to watch our son play. Our kids used the outside space to play. The beds were all comfortable and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The host was great! Only notes that I didn't realize from the pics- the house is on the main road/highway, the backyard is a little smaller than pictures let on and I didn't realize that two of the bathrooms were downstairs away from bedrooms. Overall a great place and we would love to stay again if our other two boys come to Cooperstown!

Just Book This One

We had a wonderful experience at Beau Rivage. The yard and outdoor amenities were such a treat. We have some of the most beautiful pictures and the river was just so scenic. We saw beavers and deer and the kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards and fishing poles. We used the BBQ and fire pit as much as we could. It was quiet and peaceful and despite being easily accessed from the road we did not have any issue with traffic noise. Our group was comprised of three families with young ones age 1-8. Our boys were all playing at Cooperstown Allstar Village for the week. The 15 min drive each way to the Village was well worth it and the other parents who booked in Oneonta were very impressed with all the home offered. The house was very comfortable and each family had their own bathroom (two downstairs) and there was a half bath off the kitchen as well and we had extra unused bed space. Beds and linens and towels were all good quality. The kitchen was large and well stocked with many of the basics including coffee and some paper products. With some empty cabinets for storage of our groceries. The nice washer and dryer was a life saver. We hosted a team event with 13 players and their families and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The father son wiffle ball game will be a core memory for our kiddos. We didn’t have any complaints from our group. Also the property manager was next door onsite everyday to answer questions. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect Spot

Beau Rivage was a perfect place for a family gathering. The owner was close by if we needed anything and was very kind. The close proximity to the water was ideal as was the outdoor seating. The house was perfect. Extra bathrooms, well portioned bedrooms and multiple places to sit and engage in the house. Plus a nice stock of games. Really excellent place. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

Beau Rivage is a lovely home right on the water! We loved having a canoe, kayak, and SUP to use whenever we wanted and enjoyed swimming off the dock. The kitchen is lovely. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The house is very clean and there are plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Brent is an incredible host and very nice! There’s a great yard and fire pit and outdoor table and chairs too!
