It had all the checked boxes that I needed for our vacation. Lots of kayaks, canoes, and paddle board. The kids had a blast. My son caught fish right from the back yard. The yard and outdoor amenities were such a treat. We have some of the most beautiful pictures and the river was just so scenic. We saw beavers and deer and the kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards and fishing poles. We used the BBQ and fire pit as much as we could. It was quiet and peaceful and despite being easily accessed from the road we did not have any issue with traffic noise. Our group was comprised of three families with young ones age 1-8\. Our boys were all playing at Cooperstown Allstar Village for the week. The 15 min drive each way to the Village was well worth it and the other parents who booked in Oneonta were very impressed with all the home offered. The house was very comfortable and each family had their own bathroom (two downstairs) and there was a half bath off the kitchen as well and we had extra unused bed space. Beds and linens and towels were all good quality. The kitchen was large and well stocked with many of the basics including coffee and some paper products. With some empty cabinets for storage of our groceries. The nice washer and dryer was a life saver. We hosted a team event with 13 players and their families and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The father son wiffle ball game will be a core memory for our kiddos. We didn’t have any complaints from our group. Also the property manager was next door onsite everyday to answer questions. Can’t recommend enough! ##### Melissa W.
