Rooms very clean and comfortable. A nice powerful shower with soft water. Nice food in restaurant although a little expensive, however plenty of other dinning options close by including a fantastic pizzeria just next door.

Don't order beer as your welcome drink.

After I checked in, reception called and said I could come for a welcome drink at the bar. After I went out for dinner, I went in to reception and told them that I was going to have my welcome drink. She rang the bartender who was in back. Bartender asked me what I wanted, I chose a beer. She asked for my room number. Upon checking out the next morning, the guy at the desk charged me 4Euro for the beer. I told him they called and offered me a welcome drink. He said beer is not included! Are you kidding me? No one said beer wasn't included while I ordered it as my welcome drink. He said, no, beer is not included as a welcome drink. I was in a hurry, so reluctantly paid the 4E and didn't feel like arguing at 8am. The hostile I stayed at the night before in Milan allowed any mixed drink, beer, juice, coffees, etc as their welcome drink, no exceptions. Very poor showing for the Welcome Hotel...not such a Welcoming service attitude.
