THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Milanese building (no elevator).
As you step through the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a bright living area designed for total relaxation, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features all modern amenities: an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a convenient dishwasher. Rounding out the kitchen area is a modern counter with two stools, ideal for breakfasts and quick lunches.
The sleeping area features a spacious and cozy master bedroom with a double bed and a distinctive wooden wardrobe.
The bathroom is fully equipped and elegantly finished, featuring a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and a convenient washing machine.

The property is located on Via Bertini, an exceptional location in Milan. You’ll find yourself right at the intersection of the Monumentale area—famous for its architecture and proximity to Garibaldi/Porta Nuova—and Chinatown (Via Paolo Sarpi), one of the city’s most charming pedestrian zones, renowned for its street food, independent shops, and vibrant energy.
A short walk will take you to the Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, Milan’s green lung, perfect for a morning run or an aperitif at sunset.
